For a recipe you require:

  • peas
  • tomatoes
  • onoins

Cook prepared yellow round peas in salted water to readiness and pour out the remainants of the broth in a separate dish. Prepare a sauce: scald fresh or canned tomatoes with boiling water, peel and cut them in small pieces. Put them in a pan, add some butter, finely cut onions, pour the remaining pea broth and boil thoroughly, till tomatoes become quite soft. Dress a sauce with garlic pounded with salt and black pepper; you can also add a little bit of flour to the sauce. Mix up the cooked peas with the sauce and warm them up to boiling. While serving up sprinkle them abundantly with greenery. The proportions of products are arbitrary to liking.
