"Dialogue between government and business" with Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Taras Vysotsky, People's Deputies of Ukraine Oleh Seminskyi and Valerii Zub, specialists of specialized structural units of the Ministry of Economy and Chernihiv Regional State Administration, representatives of regional business.
On November 28, 2025, the regular meeting of the regional platform "Dialogue between government and business " took place.
Director of PPTE "JNL" Liudmyla Lohinova took part in the discussion. They discussed the problems and prospects for the development of the regional economy of the Chernihiv region:
- directions of state support of the agro-industrial complex;
- the mechanism of compensation of insurance payments for business;
- opportunities of the Pulse platform for business.
In addition to state support, the participants of the discussion raised the issue of fair industrial competition, obtaining international certificates for the export of products, simplifying the procedure for obtaining a permit for emissions, the introduction of special economic zones for the Chernihiv region.
Chernihiv business representatives provided their detailed proposals and expressed their readiness to cooperate with the Government in matters of legislative regulation of the most pressing problematic issues, taking into account the current situation.
