At the regular meeting of the Regional State administration, representatives of the economic enterprises and PE “Chernigovoblenergo” and “Enera” discussed the problem of high-quality energy supply services and the effective organization of concluding contracts process and advance payments, resulting from the reformation of the electricity market in Ukraine.
