On June 12, 2025, Liudmyla Lohinova, Director of PPTE JNL, took part in the conference “Bread Industry – 2025”.
This is a key event in the Ukrainian bakery market, which brought together more than 200 participants, including leading producers of flour, bread and bakery products, food industry specialists, retail and distribution, scientists and government representatives. The event was accompanied by a parallel exhibition of equipment for grain processing, flour production, bakery products, packaging, energy, etc.
The speakers of the conference were representatives of business, specialised expert circles, leading experts on these issues from the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, SSUFSCP and STSU.
The main areas of the discussion: macroeconomic situation and prospects of flour milling, cereals, bread industry of Ukraine, partnership with retail, distributors and HORECA, health, product functionality and industry development.
