For a recipe you require:
- - peas (fresh) - 1 glass
- - rice - 1.5 glass
- - water - 1.75 glass
- - dessert wine - 1.5 item of л.
- - mixtures of dark grains of sesame with large salt 1-2 spoonfuls
Scald peas during 1 minute in boiling salt water, pour them out, quickly rinse cold and dry. Wash the rice, put it in a pan, fill it with the necessary amount of water and leave it for 10 minutes. Then add wine and cook the rice as usual. Before increasing a heat under rice put the scalded peas in a pan, cover with a lid and prepare for 10-15 minutes. Leave everything in the pan for 10-15 minutes for the dish to ripen. Before serving wet a wooden shovel in cold water and cut rice with peas in portions. Sprinkle every portion with mixture of sesame grains and salt.
