"BAKERY & MILLIG BUSINESS-2021", 18 February 2021.

             The Director of PPTE "JNL" Lyudmila Loginova took part in the conference "BAKERY & MILLIG BUSINESS-2021" which was organized by the company "Marko Pak", The All-Ukrainian Association of Bakers, The Union of Millers of Ukraine. The meeting of Millers of Ukraine Association’s Board of Directors was held in the frame of conference.

             Representatives of the flour-grinding and bakery industries discussed the tendencies of the world market of the flour-grinding, bakery and confectionery industries, modern production technologies, issues of quality and safety of products, innovative solutions in the field of flour production. There was also a panel discussion on the topic: "Co-operation of millers and bakers." Industry members round table "Bread cost problems" became a significant event of the conference.
