Pancakes based on pea flour are an interesting and non-standard dish. It is distinguished by a mass of positive properties, due to its rich in amino acids and vitamins, compositions.



• 0.5 liters of milk,

• two glasses of pea flour,

•   three eggs,

• a teaspoon of sugar,

• a pinch of salt,

• oil for frying.

We cook as follows:

1. Prepare the dough - mix the pea flour, and pour through a sieve to make the flour airy. Add sugar and salt.

2. Add eggs, stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

3. Pour milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

4. Add a tablespoon of sunflower (corn, olive) oil, the dough should not be thick, but a little viscous, but liquid and fluid.

5. Pour the butter in a thin layer in a frying pan, pour out the dough and fry on both sides.

Pancakes can be served with jam, honey. Sometimes they are smeared with thick sour cream. But you can also use any other filling.
