Pound or grind the shelled yellow peas in a coffee mill in a good way and dilute the got flour with a small amount of water. Pour it into the boiling salted water (the ration of peaflour and water is 1:3) and cook stirring for 15-20 minutes at the low heat. Pour out the hot pea kissel in plates or portion forms, having smeared them with vegetable oil, and let them fully harden. For dressing: cut finely 2 - 3 onions, fry them in vegetable oil, having taken it so much to be enough to dress all the portions of the kissel. Cut the hard kissel in pieces, put it on plates, put onions at the top of every portion and pour it with hot oil which they were fried in.
