For a recipe you require:

  • wheat – 1.5 glass
  • honey – 100g
  • water -1/2 glass.

Soak wheat for 7-12 h, then lay it on a double moist gauze and leave it on 2-3 days for sprouting. Wash germinating wheat with running water.
Boil honey with water to thickness, pour wheat into this mass and leave everyuthing in a cool place for 1-2 h. Serve with thyme tea or cold kvass.
